The history of Royal Talens goes back to 1899. In that year Marten Talens founded the "Dutch Factory for Paints, Lacquers and Inks" in the Dutch city of Apeldoorn. The company's Moto is 'creativity is one of the most powerful human assets'. Every product of Royal Talens was created to embrace the artists and amateurs imagination on their path. This project was created speciously for Rembrandt Soft Pastel line. The goal was to find a simple and at the same time minimalistic visual language to show the creative opportunities of the each pastel set.
